CITY TAX

Please note that CITY TAX is 1 euro per day (there is a possibility to free the participants of the Festival from this tax payment; it is to be confirmed).

Accommodation and food

Affordable accommodation and meals are organized at the Students’ Campus in Novi Sad.

The price is 20 euros a day per person. It includes one night in a 2-bed room with bathroom and 3 meals.

You may register for the whole Festival (100 euros for 5 days) or only for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days.

Starts from 10 June and you will be notifyed by email.

THE FIRST STEP is sending in the APPLICATION FORM, so please do that as soon as possible, if you haven’t done it yet!

Novi Sad University Campus

You will find Campus at the beautiful location by the Danube riverside. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes walk to Strand the famous Novi Sad beach.

The Campus is well maintained, kept neat and clean with cosy and considerable size rooms.

Getting Around

Transportation

If you are comming by plane, for the pick-up at the Belgrade Airport you can book the car with driver, take a Taxi or bus.

We advise to be very careful if picking a ride at the airport that has not been booked in advance. The cost might be a very unpleasant surprise.

For that reason we recommend to check with KIKI https://kiki021.rs from Novi Sad,  as we have been using their services quite often for many years. They are reliable and safe, you can book online and pay by cash or credit card online. You can hire them for exploring the Novi Sad as well. They provide passenger car or van with driver.

If you travel in a large group that requires bus transport, please contact us at info@cxa.rs and we will arrange it for you.

When in Novi Sad you can use bus public transport that covers the whole town pretty well.

You can also use Taxi at the very reasonable cost and the Taxis we recommend are:

You can rent a bicycle or explore the city on foot, as the most of distances are not too long 😀

Medical help

For medical help you can check the polyclinics such as Klinicki Centar Vojvodine (KCV) https://www.kcv.rs that accepts EU medical insurance cards, or one of many private polyclinics in Novi Sad.
